ELIMINATES RIGHT OF MORMON OR MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS TO PRACTICE THEIR RELIGION WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. INITIATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT.

•Changes the California Constitution to eliminate the right of Mormons or Members of the Church of Latter Day Saints (LDS) to practice their religion in California.

•Confiscates all LDS Church property within the state to be given to local jurisdictions to be used for homeless shelters, schools, or other public use, based on needs of individual communities.



Please support this constitutional initiative! The Mormon religion is not a religion at all, and is not a mainstream belief system. In fact it is a cult characterized by authoritarianism, obsession, radicalism, strangeness, racism, and homophobia. The church is harmful to its members and its doctrine is based on falsehoods.

This initiative will restore religious freedom to California by allowing members of the Mormon Church (LDS) to join a mainstream faith, and allow for better use of its assets.
